Coast Life is a bright, colourful, short, sharp and punchy publication read by 3,000 East Coast colleagues.

The remit was to publicise staff  views, personalities and lives outside work, while supporting company values. Coast Life has had a big impact on employee engagement and won a Silver Award for Best Publication in the CIPR Pride Awards 2014. (I worked on Coast Life as Associate Editor with communications agency Scarlett Abbott.)
